What is Configured?
Configured is an multi-media business that specializes in a wide range of media creation & services, from VFX and 3D editing to music production and custom commissions. We pride ourselves on offering top-tier/original editing solutions to meet the custom needs of our clients. Our team is made up of talented individuals, each with years of experience in their respective fields, ensuring that every project meets the highest standards of quality and production.
Beyond being a creative business, Configured offers an exclusive community dedicated to editors and creators. We provide a platform where editors can connect, share editing knowledge, advice, and grow together within the editing community. The group was founded by @blrwtch in 2022, and has evolved through multiple phases—formerly known as Era, Conspiracy, and CinCity—before finally rebranding as Configured.
Since 2023, Configured has been fully supported by a dedicated team management, ensuring smooth operations and consistent growth. We offer custom commissions such as VFX, 3D modeling, music production, and more, all designed to fulfill the specific needs of our clients. It will always depend on the details of the commission. Once all details of the commission are confirmed and 1/2 or 1/4 of the payment is made, we immediately get to work on it.
Yes, each project comes with 3 free major revisions allowed. Any extra revisions will come with a extra charge and will be added to the total commission price.
Most projects will mainly be worked on within our core team, but there will be many instances where we collaborate with our partnerships on commissions to deliever high-quality projects.
Terms of Service - Commission Payments
We require either half (1/2) or a quarter (1/4) of the total payment upfront before any work commences. If the commission is low-priced for small work, then the client must pay full upfront.
Payments are accepted through Stripe, which will be provided privately to each client. Full payment details will be provided upon agreement.
The remaining balance must be paid upon completion of the project, before final delivery. No files or work will be delivered until full payment is received.
Refunds will not be issued after the commission has begun. Cancellations before work begins will receive a refund of the deposit amount, minus any transaction fees.
Delays in payment may result in delays to the project timeline. We will communicate any significant changes to timelines and will ensure to keep clients informed throughout the process.
